KIMON IANNETTA
Kimon Iannetta is the founder of Trial Run, which offers jury consultation (pre- and post-voir dire), mock trials, focus groups, witness profiling, and pretrial evaluation of all parties through assessment of written communication. Ms. Iannetta has more than 30 years of experience in forensic behavioral profiling and document examination. She wrote the resource manual, "Danger Between the Lines, Resource Manual for Prediction of Violence," a guide for police, security and psychiatric communities for the identification and assessment of dangerousness.
She has also developed a detailed system of using handwriting
evaluation for the trial attorney, from first contact to post-trial
evaluation. Targeted areas include the initial case acceptance,
deposition, settlement conference, mock trial, jury selection,
courtroom observation, beginning and final argument, and ending up
with a post verdict survey.
She has written "Precision Personnel Placement," a training manual
for human resource professionals. This is a method of personnel
profiling for identifying the job applicant's potentials, the
employee's strengths, and where an individual can best fit into the
company structure, as well as assessing the employee-candidate's
promising qualities for further training and promotion.
Ms. Iannetta is certified by the American Board of Forensic Examiners
(ABFE) with Diplomate Status and is a Lifetime Fellow of the American
College of Forensic Examiners (ACFE). She is a member of the American
Society of Industrial Security (ASIS) and has worked as a consultant
in both the private and public sectors, including the military, law
enforcement, legal, security and human resources fields.
Having been raised in the Hawaiian Islands gives Kimon a unique
perspective on the multi-cultural and diverse ethnic population
there. She sees and understands the human unity in the rich diversity
of American society. Her office and home are in Kailua, Hawaii.
